Cancellations and Refunds for My Wobo

1. Cancellation Policy

1.1 Order Cancellations

Once the ticket booked from the portal/ order has been processed, cancellations are not possible.

To cancel your order, please contact us at [Grievances@mywobo.in] with your order id/booking id details.

Refund Policy

We strive to ensure customer satisfaction. However, if you are not satisfied with our product/service, you may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only for when workshops are cancelled from the organizer side.

2.2 Non-Refundable tickets

After booking tickets fully rendered are not eligible for refunds.

2.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, contact us at Grievances@mywobo.in with your order details and reason for refund.

Once approved, refunds will be processed within [5 days] business days to the original payment method.

Depending on the payment provider, it may take [Max 7 days] additional days for the refund to reflect in your account.

3. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account.

If the issue persists, contact your bank or payment provider as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.
